Healthtrak are building a new concept in medical centres throughout the UK, which are far more sophisticated than any traditional health centre, offering one-stop care for patients and high quality premises for GPs and their staff. A medical centre built by Healthtrak will be highly accessible and patient friendly.

We recognise that each new scheme has its own unique challenges and demands, and our team of Development Managers and Consultants are particularly skilled at working across disciplines and harmonising the many divergent contributions required to create successful healthcare facilities. As part of our service we will buy your existing premises and either develop the new centre on the same site or acquire an alternative site in the neighbourhood for the development.

Healthtrak’s approach to the development of new health care premises is one where they work as a team with each of the involved parties, including Clinical staff, the PCT, District Valuer, Local Authority and other stakeholders. To date, we have completed several medical centres and care homes across the UK, with further projects in design and planning stages. Our most recent developments were completed in 2006 with the development of Langton Medical Centre, Lichfield, Staffordshire and Beechwood Surgery, Brentwood, Essex.
